Where and when are the classes?

Classes are every Thursday in the Green Man, 355 Bromley Rd. See Class Details page.

Is the class suitable for beginners?

Yes, it doesn't matter if you've never tried before.

It's also suitable for people looking to improve their tai chi as well.

 

Do I need to book a place?

No, just turn up on the day. You can use the contact form if you have any specific questions, or just chat about the class.

 

What should I wear?

Loose, comfortable clothes and soft shoes are advisable. Jeans are not the best!
